In both poses i think she looks great.

I think her neck is too short now, and the angle of her shoulders looks wrong. they look flattened, quite flat actually in the depth of her chest. her chest and breast would have to show more if she stood this way.

... and now the whole composition of this pic looks wrong somehow...

well check it out in the mirror and make sure you realy got the butt face to the mirror. you cannot see anything of your chest when beeing turned like that because the hand coveres it.
and the neck ist looking that short when the heads turned.
Well at least that's what i saw when looking into the mirror.
i might be wrong but im quite sure it looks like that

i don't wanna see this picture anymore. i worked to long on it so i dislike both versions at the moment hehe

the hair looks better now, the other one was too flat.
but over all i liked the previous one more, she had this much more emotional look on her face, so angry and yet sexy.
I also liked it more when she had her arm behind her back with the knife in her hand, it looked more alive and agressive.

but it's nice to see how different the picture looks.

I think both pieces are awesome. Being a huge fan of the drow (particulary the Forgotten Realms drow), I just love these pieces. If I were to nit-pick, the only thing I can really think to pester you about is her whip... yours looks good, nothing wrong with it artistically.. it's just that most drow priestesses carry a snake-headed whip.. my girlfriend could babble on about it in more depth and detail than I could, though. She's more of a drow fan than I am. ~l~ This is her, btw, in case you want to pester her about it (which I doubt you do, if you're sick of looking at these pieces, but anyway..~chuckle~) [link]

hehe. yea quite sick but not enough to think about adding a snake headed whip to the alternate version.
i will also add a circlet on her head.
I always tend to rework finished pieces lol.
